Peace of mind,
right through to the end

No one wants to guess how their Mum or Dad would want to be cared for in their final days, what kind of funeral they want, or worse still, who to call and what paperwork is needed, at the moment of a parent’s death.
Clear information
Information in one place
The Departure Suite provides the tools to put all that information in one place; leaving a roadmap for the ones you love, so that they have clear information about your wishes in one handy document.
The Departure Suite is a reference to help people know what you would want, when important decisions need to be made.

Meet the founders

Carol has worked in the community sector for over 30 years and has experienced first hand the stress of organising a funeral, particularly after a sudden death. Through her work, she has also assisted many families that found it difficult to agree on what their loved one wanted during their last days as well as after they had died.
They didn’t know relevant personal details for funeral directors and were unable to find important documents and information. Carol witnessed the stress of it all - while they were grieving at the same time !
