This module enables you to develop either a General Power of Attorney, or an Enduring Power of Attorney.
These are legal documents where you can appoint someone to manage your assets and financial affairs if you are unable to do so due to illness, accident or absence.
A General Power of Attorney ceases to operate if you lose mental capacity. An Enduring Power of Attorney remains in effect even after you lose mental capacity.
